Step 1: Download the file

Step 2: Extract the .zip file

Step 3: Navigate to C:\Users\(user here)\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA III Definitive Edition\Profiles\(profile number here)

Step 4: Drag and drop the file (replace the file if necessary)

Step 5: Boot up the game and head over to "game" and then "load game" and then load the file (it should be named THE EXCHANGE)
