Convenient Cheats for Grand Theft Auto 3 Definitive Edition

This mod binds a couple of practical cheats to your numpad for easy reach. These won't disable achievements unlike regular cheats.

The keybinds go from 1-9 and are as follows:

1. Raise wanted level

2. Clear wanted level

7. Add 1 hour

8. Subtract 1 hour

9. Cycle weather

The health cheat doesn't repair vehicles unfortunately. As consolation using the health cheat inside a vehicle tops your health up to 125.

Feel free to modify the code to better suit your needs.

You can now cycle through all weather patterns (there's only four); Clear, Cloudy, Rainy, Foggy.

Fixed 'Add one hour' command. Time now cycles properly from 23:00 to 0:00. Before it went 23:00 -> 24:00.
