Robin - Better Teleport

Robin has been my main, and favorite character by far. I was only frustrated by how sloooooooow the teleport ability moves.

I was so excited to see to see that someone had modded several travel abilities including Robin's, but missed the usual targetting/timing GUI and I thought the speed was way too fast for the intricate Teleport to Takedown maneuvers.

So I decided to try and figure out how to make my own. I just wanted to tweak the original ability to feel a little more user friendly and make the mod feel a little more balanced to the others currently available.

There are now two different version available. Be sure to only install one.

Original Version:

Key changes:

• []Faster movement - 3x the original speed

  []Longer usage timer - 2 minutes

  []Instant recharge - Pop out of teleport and immediately return

  Balanced Version

  Key changes:

  • []Faster movement - 2x the original speed

    []Longer usage timer - 30 seconds

    []Instant recharge - Pop out of teleport and immediately return

    This is literally my first ever mod, so you'll have to forgive me if things aren't quite perfect.

    Known issue: While in teleport, the lower targetting reticle blinks out after about 15 seconds. I haven't been able to figure out where this timing is controlled.

    Installation: If you haven't already, go to your game installation folder and add a new folder called "~mods" to the \Mercury\Content\Paks folder. Open the .zip archive and copy the .pak file to <Game Installation Folder>\Mercury\Content\Paks\~mods.
