More Combat Banter - UPDATED

UPDATED FOR THE UPDATED GOD

These are edits to the uassets in "/Game/Dialogue/CharacterConfigs/PC/.../"

[]Many dialogue lines ("barks") had been filtered to only the OC/Freaks/Regulators. I've freed those up because that prevented quips towards every other faction, including normal peoples like the Court of Owls.

[]Increased the probability of a "bark" after each enemy KO, new enemy sighted, as well as perfect evades/attacks. These were actually as low as 15%. Setting them at 100%:

• []Gives the side benefit of feedback of each perfect evade.

[]Say something when noticing a new enemy.

[]In terms of enemy KO, provides a regular and natural "pace" of quips.

[]Higher probability of saying something when activating a momentum ability.

[*]Besides that I couldn't change much about the quip timing except for those provided. The "/BarkCoordinator" as well as the "/Container" data tables were 4. 25+ that the editors couldn't parse.

WIP because I'd like to see some feedback on what is too much and what is too little, to get the proper baseline(s).
