1. place in "C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Mercury\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor".

2. Dont edit the (0) values, your game will crash..

3. Don't put values above 90. (pedestrians, cars will clip into each other)

4. (1) = Low, (4) = epic. environmental density game option..

5. Max defaults are; 20 peds, 18 cars, 15 parked cars,

If you go into the games configuration file location. (Local app data/ Mercury/saved/config/windowsnoeditor. You'll see a bunch of INI files that are typically empty.

For example. Ai.ini

If you add "-AIINI=Ai.ini"  to the games launch options, then launch the game and then quit.

the file will be created in (games install location/mercury/binaries/win 64) It will tell the game that that file overrides all other files titled AI ini.

It will be like editing the default ai.ini that is inside the PAK file

Then you could edit it

You can do that with most of the INI files inside of the location (local app data Mercury saved config Windows no editor)

Example. Adding these to the games launch options relocates them to ( "steamapps\common\Gotham Knights\Mercury\Binaries\Win64")

-EngineINI=Engine.ini

-AIINI=AI.ini

-GameUserSettingsINI=GameUserSettings.ini
