install : Script Loader and Gameplay Tweaks at God of War
then put after unzipping my mod enter folder Health Regen and move lua to mods if you have to replace a file DO NOT ACCEPT! you can merge this very easy see MERGING
to merge just find the same file as mine and open it and copy line 3717 to 3721 and add that under function OnCreatureUpdate(C) done!
if you want to edit the speed change lines 3718 for regen in combat and 3720 for regen out of combat
let me know if it's not working, which it should, it is for me, but you never know
