Traveler's Attire (wandering armor) rank 3 retextures

Custom retextures of the traveler's attire outfit rank 3. After a long time doing all the steps correctly from my main pc I decided to give it a try from another pc and, doing exactly the same procedure, I got the result I wanted: the mod worked correctly in the game. Many thanks to the discord user who packed me the files twice before I thought of using another pc!
