Tattered capes of ghost armor

This mod replaces the rank 3 ghost armor capes with shorter, torn and worn ones.

Available in three versions that only differ in the color of the red armor layerV1 is a slightly lighter red than V2V3 is black for those who use a mod that combines red armor with black.
