Description

The GoT Mod Launcher is a portable, all-in-one desktop tool that sets up and launches Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut with your mods loaded. It takes care of the folder structure, the proxy loader, the plugin toggles and your personal mod library so you never have to edit a single game file by hand.

This tool is for single-player use only.

  How it works

  The launcher uses a proxy DLL approach. It places a d3d12.dll next to GhostOfTsushima.exe. When the game launches, Windows loads that DLL instead of the real DirectX 12 file. The proxy then reads plugins/load.txt and loads whichever mod DLLs you enabled (ScriptHook, MeshHooker, TextureInjector). Because nothing is patched, you can switch mods on and off freely and always return to a clean state.

  Installation

  • []Download and extract the launcher folder anywhere you like.[/]

    []Run GoTModLauncher.exe.[/]

    []On the welcome screen, click Continue to reach the Dashboard.[/]

    []The launcher detects your game (green check = "Game found - ready"). If not, click Browse and select the folder containing GhostOfTsushima.exe.[/]

  On first setup it creates:

  Mods/Meshes/

  Mods/Textures/…and copies the proxy d3d12.dll next to the game exe.

  How to install mods (Nexus & elsewhere)

  Whether you grabbed a mod here on Nexus Mods or somewhere else, installation is the same: drop the mod into the correct folder and toggle it on.

  Mesh mods (.xmesh)

  Download the mod and extract it. Drag the folder (or the .xmesh/.meta files) onto the Mod Library → Meshes panel, or copy it manually into:
