📋 About This Mod
This mod replaces the default PlayStation intro with scenes of your choice. Choose from the final duel scene between Toshiro Mifune, and Tatsuya Nakadai form Sanjuro, Beat Takeshi's Zatoichi, meeting Tadanobu Asano, and the original Samurai
Custom Intros for Ghost of Tsushima
This is my first mod for Ghost of Tsushima, and I’m excited to share it with the community! This mod replaces the default PlayStation intro with iconic scenes from classic samurai films and games. Choose from:
Beat Takeshi's 2003 The Blind Swordsman: Zatoichi, meeting Tadanobu Asano
The final duel scene between Toshiro Mifune, and Tatsuya Nakadai form the film, Sanjuro
The nostalgic intro from the original Samurai Showdown
From Zatoichi, starring Shintaro Katsu

✨ A Few Notes ✨
Despite my best efforts, the intros currently don’t work with their original audio due to the game’s restrictions🎶. Plus, the game limits videos to a specific length, so some creative adjustments were necessary ⏳. But fear not! I’m hopeful that future modding breakthroughs will allow scenes with sound 🛠️. Until then, enjoy these custom intros as a fresh way to dive into your journey in Tsushima! 🌸🗡️

Installation Instructions
1️⃣ Download the mod and unzip it to a destination of your choice.
2️⃣ Open the folder and select the video you’d like to use.
3️⃣ Copy and paste the video into your game’s installation folder:
` > movies > cutscene`This will overwrite the original `splash_pc.webm` file!!! ⚠️
(Don’t worry—the original `splash_pc.webm` file is included in the download, just in case you forget to back it up!)
4️⃣ Boot up the game and enjoy your brand-new intro! 🎥✨
