Ghost of Tsushima - Difficulty Tweaks

Enemy Health Multiplier (default 1. 25x)

Enemy Damage Multiplier (default 1. 0x)

Enemy Stagger Multiplier (default 1. 25x)

Enemy Regeneration (default 25%, set the chance that an enemy receives a slow health regeneration effect)

Helmed Foes (OFF by default, protects enemies from headshots)

The tweaks are designed mainly for regular enemies. Bosses and important named/story characters are excluded. The health multiplier also only applies to enemies with less than 1000 base HP.

Installation:

Extract the archive anywhere, but keep all included files in the same folder.

Start Ghost of Tsushima and load your save.

Run Ghost_of_Tsushima_Difficulty_Tweaks.cmd.

Set your desired values.

Select Apply tweaks.

If you run Ghost_of_Tsushima_Difficulty_Tweaks.cmd before the game, use the Attach the game option while in main menu to connect the trainer to the game. Settings are saved automatically to the included .ini file, but changing a value does not immediately update the game. Use Apply tweaks after changing your settings.

Before quitting, the recommended procedure is:

Disable all tweaks → close the trainer → close the game.

You can also use Disable all and EXIT.

But nothing will break if you simply close the game first and then close the trainer.

The trainer only modifies the game while it is running. It does not permanently edit game files.

Intended for single-player Story Mode only.

If you restart the game, simply attach the trainer again and apply your saved settings.
