Also, I am very new to modding; sometimes the blood is too dark and comes out grey or black. Using the Got No Effects and turning off contrast will help a lot. It is very hit or miss at night.
Just download resahde for Ghost of Tsushima select all options during installation and use my ini file for the preset.
