Here's some tips: For the bikes with stands you'll find you can use the grabber tool to rest them on the stands on uneven ground. The stands can be deployed with T. For the bikes without stands you can choose to either rest them on flat ground (where they will stand upright) or start the engines with G while holding them upright with the grabber tool. You would then get in the seat and immediately give it some throttle which should help stabilise it. The bikes are somewhat unstable at lower speeds (under 30 mph) so wait to get up to speed before you start to steer. For tight turns you may find second gear more controllable as first gear can be a bit twitchy. Vehicles in this game hate going downhill (as there's no aerodynamic downforce) but the motorbikes become very unstable going downhill so try to keep them upright as possible going down hills! The blue sport bike and the dirt bike are prone to wheelies in first gear so you may consider shifting to second gear early to avoid this (although trying to tame the wheelies is fun!) There are noticeable differences in the handling between all the bikes so try them all out! The sport bikes will tend to lose control in the dirt and the naked bike will be the most forgiving in the majority of conditions!
