Heavy Duty Off-Road Axle 10Tons-Own Diff

I use this portal axle on heavy vehicles that can go off-road and climb steep hills. I have this on a 15 Tons forklift and it can still climb hills. The differential is custom made and limited slip using 4 clutch gears. In normal driving only one cluth links both wheels. You can adjust the torque of this clutch; higher for heavy vehicles, lower to turn more. It's activated by default. Tab activates diff-lock with the 3 other clutches. The diff-lock is strong enough to climb steep hills but still allows slipping so the wheels can spin at different speeds. There are 2 driveshafts for more strenght, they are connected with gears so they don't need individual motors. The suspension is simple and can be connected at an angle, you can replace them with pistons for super heavy vehicles. You can easily modify this front axle to make a rear axle, that's why I only uploaded the front. It's not the best and most sophisticated construction but it works for its planned use. Connect the links, driveshafts and suspension to a frame and add weight! Diff-lock: Tab Strong brakes: S Downhill brake (slow descent): Left Shift Steering: A/D
