Xilonen Expanded Wardrobe (+ personal update)

(lil personal update at the end) Yes, I am repurposing my old mod for her, but with extra fixes and elements. I wasn't happy enough with the old one. You can consider this a sort of redesign, but I personally think of my expanded wardrobe series as a way to capture the various aspects of a character: You want to make Xilonen have more cultural inspirations? You can You want to give her a comfier outfit to work in as a blacksmith? You can You want her to have alternative DJ outfits? You can You wanted to see some of the oficial concept art elements (stockings and hood) incorporated? You can. Just like in the other mod, regarding the traditional cultural elements I added, I am including a pic summarizing some of the research. But I have quite an extensive document with my research for all Natlan characters here , since I like these topics a lot, and if there are any interpretations missing, feel free to tell me so I can add! Please ignore the forever-WIP sections at the top xD I also like mod consistency, so for alternate skintones+vitiligo, I asked Elena to use her textures from this mod . This mod has custom modeled parts, and parts that are kitbashed. I try to embrace too many projects at once, and I'm usually capable of dealing with everything (this is exactly how I like to do things), but I've been modding and put out a lot of works for the past 3 years. It's not even just mods.... I write fics (book-length ones), and currently I'm trying to finish a long on + write a shorter one in-between. There are also old fics that entered hiatus that I want to finish one day - both because there's people who like them, and because my mind will never give up on them until the ideas exist outside I try to write modding tutorials (I have to finish a lot of them), and now I also want to learn the proper method and write a guide on how to convert mods to be used in renders and animations Now I'm dabbling into Miliastra Wonderland too. The only reason I haven't posted anything yet is because I hope they add more functionalities to the classic mode (where we can use all characters), and the lack of assets breaks my heart. But I've already built for myself some really big worlds at least I've beta read a book for a friend, helped a few people with mods here and there, took on this comm that took me almost a full month... i don't even know what else because time just flies I also have a full time job, and it hasn't been as relaxed this year as it used to be. This year, a bit before nod-krai started, I finally started enjoying genshin again . And no, it's not because I was burned out, therefore had to take a break, so I was better when I came back. I don't play anything else, I don't create for any other fandom, and taking care of real life is not what gives me joy either. To me, burn out is cured by doing more of the thing, not by taking a break from it . That just makes me miss it. The ideal way for me to do something is to just jump head first and let it consume me. So playing genshin for full days on certain patches really solved the issue for me. But that's not something I can do just anytime, u k
