Where's My Voice Clips?

This simple mod allows users to re-enable voice clips in the configuration menu after having unlocked the Petal Feather. Why, you may ask? If you turned off voice clips previously, you may have noticed that Flowery's boss fight is quite a bit more difficult than it should be. His fight relies heavily on voice clips as attack cues, so having them disabled makes the fight a lot harder. On top of that, you can't re-enable voice clips once you've unlocked the Petal Feather! So, all I've done is added a second page to the configuration menu that allows both the toggling of voice clips and feather controls (which should have just been the case in the first place).
