Super Counter Training Mod

Apparently this is necessary as the in-game one is not good enough. Adds a Piccolo character that super counters any move. Use this to practice long super counter chains. Especially useful for the Better Combat Mod. THIS DOES NOT WORK IN TRAINING MODE, ONLY VS CPU SPECIFICALLY AGAINST THIS PICCOLO How to Install the mod Make sure you have the latest Sparking Zero Mod Loader Install the mod either through Unverum or by manually extracting the .zip in the Mods folder. PSA: Make sure to set your game language to match your system language. E. G If Windows is running in English, run the game with english language (Voices aren't affected by this). Otherwise, most mods won't work! It's not just our mods, but some other mods are affected as well.
