Shiny Lock Removal

Simple mod to remove the shiny lock. This removes the shiny lock from everything. So yes, you can hunt rogue mega pokemon that you can't catch. I have zero idea as to why you would do this but you can. Sparkling power Lv. 3 donuts force a shiny to spawn upon first entering hyperspace, and there just so happens to be only one encounter in hyperspace, it will be guaranteed shiny. This only effects a few side missions like the genesect quest and the rouge mega rematches. Dlc spoilers for the line above.
