No NG+ For Ultimate Persona

A QoL mod that adds an alternate method of unlocking the MC's Ultimate Persona without needing to go into NG+. This method is performed by visiting the Velvet Room after maxing out all Social Links in a single playthrough, similar to Persona 3. In the vanilla game, you can already get a nice gift for achieving this, but I think having this as an additional reward is more befitting of such an accomplishment. If you don't want to deal with any of that, however, the mod also comes with a toggle to bypass this requirement entirely and unlock the persona with no strings attached. Just visit the Velvet Room after you unlock the special fusions and it should be a one and done deal! Also, it goes without saying, but the original NG+ condition still remains intact.
