In the unlikely case those cause the game to crash or desync, you can remove them. Installation I recommend using Unverum to install this mod, it's useful. If you want to install manually, place the downloaded folder inside your GGST Directory/RED/Content/Paks/~mods folder(might need to create it if it's not there)
