Gallica Talks Less In Bad Weather

What This Does: This mod will mute Gallica's voice when hitting an enemy weakness or landing a critical hit on days with bad weather. This will not eliminate the dialogue pop up when this happens, but you will not have her screeching in your ear anymore when it does. Works with both EN and JP voices (this is why the file size is as big as it is). Requires Metaphor Essentials. (Sadly) Does not use BGME Framework. Will not be compatible with any other mod that impacts character voices in normal gameplay.
