Belle Stars — A Little Extra Shine Belle’s new outfit is already adorable, but as usual, I wanted to add my own touch. ✨ Shorter sleeves, a little more breathing room around the cleavage, and plenty of toggles to customize her style. Since Norma mixed up Belle’s and Wise’s outfits, Wise ended up wearing Belle’s ascot while Belle got his necktie. So I brought Belle’s ascot back as an option. It belongs to her, after all. :D Venus’ present bracelet is also included, because of course it is. Too cute to leave out.
