V1 Nuclear Missile

The V2 has been released (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=722806594), now with more reliable hits, faster hits, and it costs less than 3500 RP with only 15 blocks. The first design of a guided nuclear missile produced by the State, commonly called a 'Vulture' due to its distinctive flight pattern- it flies directly above a target, and then spirals down until it detonates. The V1 uses a nuclear "lance" on the bottom to aid in detonation- once it gets close enough to a target, the lance swings down and makes contact, flipping the Vulture nose-first into the target and detonating. However, the V1, while dramatic, is not commonly used in combat due to the relatively high cost of producing it when compared to its impact. That said, a well-placed strike can be absolutely devastating, doing well over 50% damage on an Atlas Retrofit and leaving a gaping hole through the middle of it. Technical notes- the V1 will detonate if any of three conditions are met: 1. Damage to any tactical nuke that detonates it, which can include ramming into a target or being shot. 2. The AI of the missile comes within 20m of an enemy AI (the missile AI is located near the middle, at the base of the secondary fleet color 4m triangle pieces). 3. The missile runs out of fuel. The V1 does have an internal detonation mechanism (a small 2-block HE missile inside the white front portion) and two of the 4 automated control blocks are left blank for special conditions (e.g. below a certain speed, like 55mph which is 24. 6 m/s) Finally, the V1 has a top speed of 115 m/s and a fuel consumption of 3. 5/s with a capacity of 4000, giving it a maximum possible range of 131,428. 5 kilometers- nowhere is safe.
