Historically this means the ship is fully loaded and isn't unrealistic. EDIT: One of the updates messed with boyancy and it now sits at the correct height in the water. Top Speed: 5. 2m/s Armament: 1x 127mm gun 8x dual 40mm AA guns 20x 20mm AA guns All AA guns will not shoot at vehicles below 11m altitude or if the inclination required is below +10. When this ship is paired with the USS Atlanta, they provide a very effective AA screen. The Casablanca itself does have a few blind spots though. This build is suitable for campaign use!
