Seafoam Offshore Base

The seafoam is a base designed with cost-effectiveness in mind. Made to support and build new fleets, this fortress can hold enough resources to build even the most expensive ships. Seafoam is not made to fight, but it weilds 2 weapons. The first is none other than our most used turret, the Blacktip-9 Missile launcher. The secound is the fully automatic, high impact, Ratsnake Cannon. As this is a base and not a vehicle, it features our newest and most advanced in coaster technology.
