Oarfish Class Cruiser

The second major development in Project Leviathan, the Oarfish is a fast, dedicated strike ship. A downsized version of my campaign flagship, this cruiser packs all the biggest guns it can and plenty of missiles. The Oarfish can reach 15 m/s on open water, and is surprisingly nimble for its size. Two large caliber AP guns, a medium caliber dual purpose dual-barrel turret, and a small caliber AP gun reliably tear through even the toughest Onyx Watch armor. Two short-range missile turrets will pick off stragglers if the dozen or so long range frag missiles don't get them first. Retrofit from the Marlin Class Destroyer, or build it new. The main hull is 60% shared, so it can be a speedy process.
