📋 About This Mod
A full inside out revamp of the first F22. New found design stratergies and tricks all come together in one tough to kill full metal casing (not Alloy this time) plane. Resulting in a deadlier, cheaper, and tankier multiroll fighter that now has a max speed of 210 m/s. One MK2 can kill 3 Raptors. RP: 244531 Block Count: 612 Weapons: 4 multiroll LUA missiles length 9 with 8000 thrust per second (8 times thrust of short range thrusters), 4 flares and 8 frag magnet mines This design was a result of many studies Ive made while watching the F22 Raptor dogfighting the F14s. It occurred to me that while the plane worked most of the time, it winning was just by chance and speed alone. The Raptor's placement of ammo barrel, engine and AI made no sense. If a stray missile shot hits the body no matter how soft it is the entire plane explodes, or the engine dies. Also I have learnt that the AI prefers to hit ammo barrels instead of the AI mainframe itself. In the new MK2 and future fighter planes, the ammo is now on the wings far away from any vital components of the plane. The engine is now behind the body where the jets are. This created so much space for actual weapons. But more importantly the shift in weight allowed me to swap the build material from alloy to metal. Making the plane so much more tanky and survivable. Since metal is cheaper than alloy the price of the F22 has reduced. This is the heaviest jet fighter Ive made so far, the trade off for being cheap and tanky is that the acceleration time to 210m/s has increaced but not by a lot at all. It out turns the Raptors. The MK3 is coming and every thing is going to change for the better. Thanks for reading all of this xD. Have fun!
