Grunder Industries Radar Balloon

Devlolped by some of the cavemen in our staff, this is basically a radar dish with some balloons duct taped to it. Turns out cavemen are alot smarter than we originally thought, because we deploy this unit from our fabrication ships alot. Radar Dishes have increased power when higher up, significintly more. In fact, one radar of the same size on a boat will have alot less range than one on a plane. It's probally more effective to use your eyes than a boat based stratgic antenna.
