The JHRN Took control of most of the companies of Neter, However some where able to serve as subsidiaries while still turning their own independant profit. Boyang under contract of the JHRN needed a Refitting and Mining Facility able to be deployed and maintained ANYWHERE within the globe. So came Ajax. Capable of Refining resources, Manufacturing Ships and Storing Assets. Can hold a crew of 30 to operate. However systems are automated on request.
