This is an mostly empty hull, there is some compartments put in the bow. This hull can be used to build off of or just as an example. There is no armor put in or any engines, weapons, ai, etc. The hull was made to be used for a battle cruiser / heavy cruiser. It is 239m long and 27m wide and cost around 80,000 mats.
