An Experimental heavy cruiser with an advanced main battery of 7 203mm guns with an incredibly high RPM, as well as a strong secondary battery of 2 dual 127mm dual purpose guns and 4 single 100mm dual purpose guns. She also carries a heavy light AA battery, as well as a pair of NTB-3F Sternidaes for scouting and bombing.
