Kongou - Arpeggio of Blue Steel

This is as close to a replica of Kongo from ARP as I'm willing to build. Please note that it is made to look good, and is not made to perform in combat. It'll lag your computer pretty bad if you throw it in a fight out of god mode, so I suggest not using it for anything but looking at for a bit. Also, if spin clipping and such bothers you, I suggest you don't look too closely. ~32 hours to build ~78k blocks ~30 m/s top speed Changes: Removed modded AA guns; added my own 25mm triple mounts. (Not the prettiest, but "functional") Added some more armor just in case somebody throws it into combat for some reason. Put mantlets on turrets so they move with main guns. Issues to be fixed: Adding bearing ACB's to klein shield gimmick, reducing shell range on existing ACB's. Adding more detail to superstructure. Fiddling with AI so it's a bit more effective at moving and turning. Likes to sit in one place and turn. (Let me know if anything else is wonky, I'll try to get around to fixing it.)
