Orbital Friendship Cannon V3 - Lunar Republic Edition

Some of you may remember the OFC V2 - a color stream of mild pain and epilepsy. Well, as much fun as the V2 was, it wasn't exactly powerful - also extremely overpriced as it was RTG powered. So now, dear Luna decided to take over and built her own death ray. And this time, it's more than just a fancy lightshow, this baby delivers a world of unending pain and suffering The Lunar Republic has only tested this new weapon on a bunch of Marauders, which died within seconds. Similar results against actual bullies are not guaranteed. Compared to the V2, the V3; - Actually affordable (<300K) - Steam powered - actually has enough juice for the fun beams - Stable in Orbit, doesn't just drop a kilometer at random - Has flares. I mean, you're probably gonna get shot at with more than just some IR missiles, but if you don't these got you covered - Powerful (I think), 4Q switches on all 9 lasers (yes, 9 lasers). About 80% damage at 2 kilometers with ~50 AP - Looks like an actual weaponized sattelite and not a deformed LEGO - has surface-to-space capabilities (wooh!) The old V2 was meant to be a joke, but this baby is dead serious. So buckle up, chucklenuts - you're in for a ride.
