I based the reshade on the games default brightness settings
If you don't like the sky looking like a sheet of paper this is for you
I suggest getting Instanity's Headlights - Tail Lights Overhaul and
GmSV2's Heavy Rain
Important
This is only a ReShade preset ini file
You need ReShade installed separately for it to work
install .ini directly through reshade installer
Previous versions being updated need full reinstalls
