What is KFPS?

KFPS is a Windows-focused Forza Horizon 6 vinyl suite. It helps turn source art into finalized FH6 vinyl JSON, browse and preview final checkpoints, import generated or handmade JSON into a prepared FH6 vinyl template, and manually edit JSON in a local browser editor.

It is not an official Forza tool. It is a community workflow for people who already understand the basics of FH6 vinyl groups and want a more complete image-to-vinyl, JSON, and editing pipeline.

  []Launcher and updater - Standalone launcher checks Python/dependencies, launches the app, and syncs updates from GitHub.[/]
