Please Read: Antivirus False Positive

Some antivirus programs, including Windows Defender, may incorrectly flag ForzaTuner with generic machine-learning detections such as "Wacatac".

This is a false positive.

ForzaTuner is a new, unsigned application that uses features common in telemetry tools, such as configurable hotkeys and optional telemetry forwarding. Those behaviors can trigger heuristic scanners even though the application is completely legitimate.

ForzaTuner:

• Never modifies the game

• Only reads telemetry already broadcast by Forza

• Stores recordings locally on your PC

• Sends nothing unless you explicitly enable telemetry forwarding

If your antivirus flags the application, restore the file and add the ForzaTuner folder to your exclusions.

What It Does

ForzaTuner is a free desktop companion for Forza Horizon 6.

It reads the live telemetry that Forza already broadcasts, displays it on a clean dashboard, identifies where and why your car loses grip, and translates that data into clear tuning recommendations with specific settings to adjust.

You do not need to understand suspension tuning, differential settings, or tire behavior. Drive a few laps, record a run, and ForzaTuner will explain what the car is doing and what changes are most likely to improve it.

The application runs separately from the game, never modifies game files, and stores all data locally.

Installation

1. Extract the ForzaTuner folder anywhere on your PC.

2. In Forza Horizon 6, enable:

Settings → HUD and Gameplay → Data Out → ON

3. Configure:

IP Address: 127. 0. 0. 1

4. Launch ForzaTuner.exe

5. Press F9 (or your chosen button) to start recording.

Tip: Install outside Program Files. Desktop, Documents, or another writable folder is recommended.
