Also Important: I highly, Highly, HIGHLY Recommend you adjust lightroom. specifically one setting: Global White Level. Its At The Bottom, And Should Inherently Adjust the other effects that are happening.
Quick Note: Fog race's are unfortunately blinding, so get gud....but no seriously, 1st person fixes it. But to get rid of any future problems "IF" you want, turn off bloom and lens flare, and DOF. Adjust accordingly until you can see. 🛞💨

-Per NerdyPoet - - - Thanks - - - So, for everyone having the Xbox Game Pass error where it does not allow you to modify the main FH6.exe, instead select the "gamelauncherhelper.exe" file for reshade instead.
If by some dark magic you have a computer that can run the MAXED OUT re-shade, there is a setting called hex and lens flare in the reshade menu, tune that to your liking -
- My personal settings for this are:
Intensity: 1. 142
Threshold: 0. 775
Scale:1. 101
This re-shade was made for Forza Horizon 6. As always, re-shade is fully customizable. Simply press the home screen and tune this re-shade to your screens specific NIT Value. Every screen is different. Although This Might Be Perfect on my screen, it may need some tuning on yours.
"INSTRUCTIONS"
1: find the location of FH6.exe IE. steam - steam apps - common-etc...
2: Install Re-shade to THAT Folder's EXE. and select my custom INI file.
3: If Permissions are blocking you, go to step 4
4: Move The EXE OUT of the original folder, and move it to a folder on desktop
5: Install Reshade to The exe you just moved.
6: MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE RESHADE DURING INSTALLATION
7: Move all files back to the original location you got the exe from.
