editing CameraPhysics.xml and CameraSettings.ini is now much easier

Instead of digging through hundreds of lines in XML files, you can load your files into the tool, adjust values through a simple interface, and export the edited files when you're done and test in game.

There is a lot to adjust so few groups was made to make it easier. Have a play around and see what works best for you.

Notes

This tool edits camera physics values, spring settings, damping values, enabled/disabled states, and camera settings. It does not modify curve data or other advanced camera functions.

If you find any bugs or have suggestions for new features, feel free to leave a comment and I'll take a look or edit yourself however you wish.

There is a lot i havent tested on the tuning side im still going through it all, there is presets to make things a little bit easier for everyone if you just wanted to adjust certain options like vibration, g force etc.
