Uzi's Railgun

This 'sick as hell' railgun from Murder Drones can allow you to fulfil your inner angsty teen, so you can yell BITE ME at the enemy team before completely destroying an entire fort.. or, maybe two if you aim it right. The Magnetically Amplified Photon Converter is a new ultra-heavy weapon capable of destroying entire small to medium forts in not even a full shot. Unlocked by the factory, the weapon fires a large, triangular beam that focuses over time, ramping up damage as it gets thinner, cutting through just about anything that stands in its way. The weapon, however, can be blocked by energy shields and solid terrain, but is not affected by portals. Additionally, the weapon takes a long time and a huge pile of resources to construct - alongside a rather long (not 30 minutes long, though lol) reload. Be careful, though, as the weapon is fairly fragile, and when destroyed.. well, you'll have quite the hole in your fort.. Don't sue me, Glitch (please :3) ---- Thank you to Ninja037 (and Pabloise) (from the Official Discord) for spending the time to help me find out what was causing the desyncs (math.random()) in an effect file without a set seed) I've not really been able to do playtests yet, so this is either really OP or might be terrible.. I'll make some balance changes when I get round to some (have also nerfed it a bit recently) And look I know the hud icon looks really bad but at least I tried ok??
