Material Transfer

User Interface Added 2 panels above main: Simple Material Transfer Team (fort) Selection Metal Amount Energy Amount Send Button Simply select a fort(s) and press "Send" button, selecting options beforehand. Done! Request Panel Request list panel "New request" panel "Contribute" panel First and bigger panel is all active requests. You can see 3 of them at a time. To see more, you can "switch pages" by using arrows near "Requests" heading. If you see your request there (defined by your teamId), you can double click to remove it. Next panel, with "Request" button - "New request" panel. Works similary to simple material transfer one, but instead of sending, you will be requesting. No limits on how much you can use it, just don't spam, be a good player :) And the final one, with "Send" button - "Contribute" panel. To select a request (currently selected is displayed below "Request" text), click on it's text in the request list. Still no difference in material amount selection.
