This is a commander mod that replaces hurricane with a new commander Lutz, passives -Snipers, Gunners, flak and their upgrades now fire plasma bolts that travel much faster, have no drop and cost no metal to fire. -Laser weapons can take 1 more sniper shot. -Mines don't cost energy to run. active WIP thanks a lot to Mech70, Gxaps and Flinnshadow for helping me with a lot of things disclaimer, if you want to use any of the code in this mod please ask for permission first
