increases loading speed of Funny Beams by making them be unable to apply their effects to a projectile more than 3 times. that in exchange of lowering the projectile count and loading time, projectile count goes from 1899 to 1743 (with moonshot and not high seas), for making loading modded weapons easier without needing to remove a weapon off the original although i suggest limiting it to two or one instead as this one doesn't really lower them that much
