This mod causes weapons to drain resources at a rate equal to their normal firing cost divided by their reload time and sets their firing cost to zero. "but y tho?" This is a tool to help design forts for the AI. Use it to make sure the AI has enough economy to execute the build even when constantly firing all of its weapons.
