What an exciting time it was, after the long wait with steam greenlight despite the many supporting votes from the rust community. It went better than I could have hoped for but this was in the early days before build servers. [/p][p]I never would have imagined this project would still be ongoing or that facepunch would still be pumping out updates. Simulating rust building wasn't nearly as daunting in the early days, before building 3.0 and many other changes afterwards.[/p][p]I've learned a lot along the way, sometimes needing to rewrite old code/systems. The scope could have been reduced a bit... maybe focused more on the core building experience. Too often I picked additions based on what I wanted to learn or what sounded like an interesting challenge. [/p][p]I still enjoy working on fortify and it's always rewarding to see what's being shared in the workshop. I've had to accept that I'll never get through my massive to-do list but I still feel compelled to improve the software.[/p][p]Anyways, thank you all for supporting this crazy endeavor.[/p][p]-Ferg[/p][p][/p][p]Patch Notes[/p]

[p]added external wall upkeep, use "select structure" in the resource panel and it will include walls/gates in TC range (improvements are coming in regard to TC order)[/p][/*]
[p]seismic sensor range can be adjusted from it's device panel, the range is also saved in the copy-paste format[/p][/*]
[p]fullscreen with multiple monitors should no longer minimize when losing focus[/p][/*]
[p]updated auto-turret cost[/p][/*]
[p]fixed some issues with TC range selection[/p][p]Patched in already:[/p][/*]
[p]more dark theme UI[/p][/*]
[p]place panel can be expanded to 6 rows, added buttons to jump to either end, changed to darker background[/p][/*]
[p]fixed wire power and flow buttons not working, changed power text to display over any mesh[/p][/*]
[p]added hide floors toggle and arrow controls to the quick menu (mouse 5) [/p][/*]
[p][/p][p]Lastly, proof that boat building is being worked on:[/p][p][/img][/p][p]Design used above: [dynamiclink href="https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3715727143"][/dynamiclink][/p][p][/p]
