building cost: 26k wood 113,5k stone 25k metall 540 hq upkeep: 33,5k stone 7,4k metall 159 hq this is morre of a rp-thing i guess. rather than a hotel, its 6 completely separate individual appartement units, one being owned by the landlord and containing the tc. every unit has its own entrance and roof access, leading up to the heli-tower and the shared crafting area. airlock at ground-level, balcony with large planter box + chairs to chill. every appartement can house 9 large and 15 small chests, 3 to 6 furnaces, 1 locker and 2-3 sleeping bags, less if u decide to place your personal crafting stations instead. mainloot being in the very center of the complex is quite safe compared to normal hotels, yet separate from everyone elses loot.
