This base is gonna be hard to place because of terrain. I recomend placing it over water or pasting it with height 2+ attribute set to it. Also it must be placed with stability off. This base features over 50 vendors and 13 floors. The center shaft are meant to be used with nteleport plugin as a teleporting elevator.
