New TC Meta (8 C4 or 15 Rockets just to TC)

The new way to make a TC room for optimum protection. Requires a minimum 8 c4 or 15 rockets to get into and only costs 27 hqm every 24 hours, which is nothing between mining, quarry and recycling. Dropboxes allow you to insert materials needed for upkeep and the boxes let you store your most valuable stuff or extra resources for upkeep. Note: Fortify upkeeps still includes wood and stone for upkeep, but this is not required in game.
