ONE BBQ. Four BIG STORRAGE BOXES. Two Fornitures. (Ofen). ONE Repair bench. And you can pack it full with shutgun traps and two turret traps (maybe more). You can start short and expand your base quite easy. If you just only need later the TIER 3 Workbench you might can use one of the rooms for more storrage.
