Quick Lighting Fix

A few maps have dark, muddy shading that affect cars, physics objects and some background props. This is my cheap fix to brighten up the dark lighting on these select maps. The following maps are affected by this mod: Water Canal 1 and 3 Downtown 3 Motor Raceway 2 and 3 Triloop Special Figure of Eight 2 All night time stunt maps In actuality, this mod is simply making the shading a more neutral color so it technically isn't really isn't affecting lighting and the brightness difference isn't so great... (I seriously have no idea how lighting is controlled, but hey, this is my quick fix).
