FOV Plus

What does this do?

This is a simple mod to change the Field of View during gameplay, while keeping the default Field of View during cutscenes

Personally I feel like having too low of a FOV robs us of peripheral vision (see the screenshots for a comparison!)

With this mod only the gameplay is at a new FOV, such as when u explore or fight in battles.

The various cutscenes will play in their original FOV of 55. The game was designed with that atrocious default 55 FOV in mind, so the designers/developers didn't bother with what they expected to be out of the players view during cutscenes, such as floating objects, teleporting ppl, T poses, doll hands, etc... Which all look bizarre.

How to install/uninstall?

Simply place the FOV file u prefer in your ~mods folder to install it, and that's it!

No need to use "FFVII Hook", no need to type anything or do anything at any time. Place the file and it just works!

To uninstall it, just delete it at any time.

If you've never installed a mod before, go to your install at "\FFVIIRemakeIntergrade\End\Content\Paks"

Inside the "Paks" folder make a new folder named "~mods" and then place this mod file inside of there and that's it!
